  • LAMILL is committed to freshness and superb quality. Therefore, we ship our coffee, tea and other items within 24-48 hours after an order is placed. Please note that limited lot coffees may take five to seven business days to process, before shipping.
  • Orders that include a limited lot coffee will be held until that item is ready and will ship together as a full order.
  • LAMILL does not guarantee same day shipping, but will ship orders if fresh stock is available.
  • LAMILL will notify you if there are any delays due to out of stock items as soon as we receive your order.
  • Credit Cards will not be charged until an order is shipped.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
  • LAMILL will offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $75.00 within the contiguous United States.

*Return Policy*
If any coffee or tea product fails to meet your expectations, we will replace it or refund the full cost of the product, including shipping, within 14 days of purchase. Accessories may be returned, unopened for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Shipping Charges will apply. LAMILL strives to provide excellent Customer Service, and we will do whatever we can to ensure that you’re satisfied.
