Story
Elias Roa is a legendary producer in Huila, Colombia with farms in the subregions of Pital and Acevedo. It is typical to see large rain clouds rolling in over the mountains, covering the farm for periods of the day. Finca Tamana is planted with many different heirloom varieties, and Elias utilizes dry fermentation for roughly 15 hours, followed by several washes with fresh water. The coffee is then transferred to raised beds for slow, meticulous drying.

Elias Roa oversees Finca Tamana in the mountains of Pital, a subregion of Huila. This special microlot of Pink Bourbon is nuanced and complex with a sparkling acidity.
