Silver Lake Reading Club

Every Tuesday evening, 35 book lovers gather at LAMILL Coffee in Silver Lake for a magical night of reading and community. Some travel from all across LA—Hollywood, Echo Park, even as far as Santa Monica and Pasadena—to carve out 3 hours for themselves, diving into stories that make them laugh, cry, and reflect.

With delicious coffee and sweet treats in hand, many of our readers get through over 100 pages in one sitting. At the end of the night, a guest author shares their work and creative journey, offering inspiration from the world of books, TV, film, and more.
